This API endpoint can be used to register time in Horizon allowing Create/Update/Delete operations In order to use this API, you need to:

Create an application in the API Developer portal.

You will receive a Client Id and Secret that you need to provide with each API call.

Register for an API plan on this API.

Request a Horizon application user using the following form: https://horizon.cegeka.com/service-portfolio/28282-r_cgk_new_dio_api_user_request

Once your plan registration is approved and you have received the Horizon user required for requesting a bearer token to interact
